Agreement
These terms govern use of CA Leadership OS. The definitive contracting entity, governing law and place of jurisdiction are published by the operator and must be completed before launch: [company legal name, address, governing law].
Accounts and access
Access is granted by invitation from a company administrator. There is no public self-signup for organisations. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access data belonging to other organisations or to people whose data you are not authorised to see, probe or bypass access controls, or upload unlawful content. Assessment and development content must not be used to disadvantage individuals unlawfully.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically for the selected interval until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Certification is a separately priced add-on consumed as credits. Prices are shown before purchase and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Customer data
Your organisation retains ownership of its data. We process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice. On cancellation, data is retained according to the configured retention period and then deleted.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. Specific service levels, warranties and liability limits, if any, are set out in the operator's signed customer agreement.
